Hi Angelika,
Thanks for dropping by. Dietary changes can help in a lot of different diseases, fibromyalgia being one of them. From what I've read and been told, fibro and arthritis, gluten and sugars seem to increase inflamation and pain. I didn't really start to see change until I'd been eating differently for about 2 weeks, see the original post http://happyfibrofamily.today.com/2008/06/11/dietary-restrictions/.
It's worth trying though, especially with MS. I know of two close friends who had significant improvement with MS when they made significant changes in their diet. I'm sure if you searched online, you could find similar stories with MS.
